I was introduced to Judith Scitt’s work some years ago by Barbara Lee Smith and have been following it since. I felt one of the finest recognitions of this work was in the last Venice Biennale (2017) where Scott’s work was placed adjacent to Sheila Hicks’ monumental installation.
