I find the freedom and whimsy of your embroidery so appealing. Couching has been my mainstay and basis of my art for decades. I love to explain that I use thread as my “paint, pallet of colors” and I use couching to attach it to my base fabric, invariably silk. People “get it” when I explain my work this way.
