my Royal Oak, Mi condo. I am very proud to have one of his
works. I grew up in Louisville, Ky – and as a teacher, I moved
out of Kentucky and Everywhere I go – Joe goes with me!
Keep stitchn’, Joe!!!

As graphic designs these quilts are definitely works of art. However, reading Joseph Mallard’s thoughts on a quilt being a record of past, present and future gave me chills. His ideas bring such power to his works of art. The complexity and depth which which he composes these amazing quilts makes them seem alive. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us, Mr. Mallard. I’ve learned something very important from you today.

He is not only a true artist, but a sensitive man who is so aware of what is important in life and strives to inspire others.
